Summer Porch
Hello all! I haven't blogged in quite sometime. Again! Recent days have been filled with tilling, raking, and planting. My husband built another raised bed this year and surrounded it with chicken wire in an effort to keep the rabbits at bay! We have purple and green cabbage, several varieties of tomatoes, onions, leaf lettuce, spinach, eggplant, carrots, cantaloupe, and peas. I think that's all. I am also growing rosemary and basil and would like to get some cilantro.
I have pink wave petunias in hanging pots on the deck. I've paired red geraniums and red salvia with yellow marigolds in urns on the front porch. I've been buying a few flowers each week. I still have a few more containers on the deck that I would like to fill.
Decisions are still being made here. We are trying to be sensitive to God's leading. I read a great article at Mom of 9's Place about how to make decisions. If was full of great information.
I doubt I have very many readers here, but to the two or three who visit, I hope to update more often! LOL!!!

Yes, update. I love growing herbs. I think I finally decided where to put my herb bed. I've been undecided for such a long time.
